This Steel sling swivel, made with 25.4mm wide sling hoop, features a spring lock safety release system with a knurled nut for locking, so the catch which attaches to the swivel screw doesn't come open unexpectedly when carrying your rifle. Made to fit the 6mm or 8mm swivel studs, please see pictures and options.
