This is a one piece tip-off picatinny mount is designed to be used for Swarovski SR. The mount give a low overall height with the height of the base being only 8mm. The mount has a polyform lever for easy tightening and attachment without needing a wrench.

The lever can be positioned in the direction you want it to be. So once tightened, you can remove the lever using the supplied 0.9mm wrench (spare wrench available here) and position it in a certain direction. The theory being that it will be a very similar tension each time you tighten the up the lever, which makes for a more repeatable mount.
