This Steel Picatinny Rail is precision made by Contessa Alessandro & C. s.n.c. The mount is precision made to fit the Sako 90 with 17mm Dovetail System. Supplied as a complete rail to fit the correct action size. PLEASE NOTE: There are Sako 90 models with integral picatinny bases, this rail does not fit this, this uses the Contessa Picatinny Rail Sako S20 / Sako 90

Fitting:
This rail clamps on to the Sako 90 action using the two clamping bases. Each clamping base has two screws to tighten up. Firstly make sure all of the screws are slackened so the rail can fit onto the rifle. On the rear of the rail, there is a recoil lug, which locates on rifle. Press the rifle rearwards to fully locate the recoil lug into the recoil recess and tighten up the screws evenly.
